I suffer from terrible migraines that last me 3-4 days due to two bulging disc in my neck. I went to this place and got a theuraputic 75 minute massage. I told my massage therapist my problem areas and she found them in no time. She focused on those areas as I asked her to. I got the massage in July of this year 2018. I did not suffer a migraine until just recently 2 days ago in December! That’s what I call a great massage and massage therapist! I was getting migraines every couple weeks up until I came here! So yea she definitely helped me out and I’m going back to see her again soon. Thank you!

I purchased a Swedish massage with aromatherapy and Kara was the massage therapist. She was able to release muscle tension in my shoulders, neck and upper back. Prior to getting the massage, Kara spent a few minutes getting to know me and previous massage experiences, what I liked and did not like. The moment you walk into Firefly Hollow you are greeted by a very friendly and welcoming staff member at the front desk. I was offered water and a heated rice neck roll. Overall this was a wonderful experience. From this experience I have scheduled monthly massages with Kara... Highly recommend. 🙂

Angie is the best massage therapist I have ever met!

I was lucky enough to receive an integrative massage from Angie Wrightstone. It was a fantastic experience and I felt significant relief from my shoulder issues. Beyond that Angie is a wealth of knowledge, you would be hard pressed to find anyone with such a high level of education and professionalism. I’ve recommended her to everyone! The people here are amazing! The receptionist Emily always greets me with a bright smile, Kara is kind and knowledgeable, and Angie is the best massage therapist I have ever met! After all of these months of severe pain, I finally have relief.

I have been suffering from sciatic nerve pain since September 2017. My chiropractor, Dr. Terragrossa, recommended Kara for a massage; today, I got to meet with her. After all of these months of severe pain, I finally have relief. Kara is both thorough and thoughtful. My massage was amazing. I left feeling hopeful that my sciatica can be healed. This Holistic facility is very professional!

This Holistic facility is very professional. Kara the owner, was great in her presentation and intake information. I was welcomed with a hot compress as I waited, and asked if I wanted tea or some water. Kara is very detailed and knowledgeable in her modality of massage. Give Bowen Therapy a try!

I highly recommend Bowen Therapy! I wasn't sure what to expect to be honest, but I knew my body just ached all over and I felt 'compressed' from sitting for so many years. After my first session, I noticed I could walk with more 'openness' if that makes sense. My range of motion just increased substantially. I could easily do the flows of yoga, which I've always struggled with! I notice I sit up straighter, my neck has more range of motion.....just overall feeling of have more 'space'. It's hard to explain, but I'm telling you if you have pressure on your sciatic nerve or you just feel your range of motion is prohibited in any way, go see Erin Musick (she's awesome!) and give Bowen Therapy a try!

I LOVE coming to Firefly Wellness! I’ve had many massages with various amazing women there & each one was relaxing, healing & pure bliss! The environment at Firefly is exactly what I need when it comes to massage therapy! The building itself is beautiful & unique which just adds to the overall experience. The staff is so warm, friendly & attentive. I can’t wait to go back for another massage! I’ve also taken yoga classes & enjoyed those as well! Kevin was my massage therapist and I can genuinely say that was the best massage I have ever had in my life! I don't get a massage every month so don't have that level of experience, but I have been to a lot of massage therapists in quite a few countries in my life and that was by far the best massage I have ever had! He listen to all the pain and issues that I had and was able to use his knowledge to find tension points I didn't even know existed! I feel fabulous right now, I booked another appointment for next week on the spot 🙂 I would highly recommend the location and would highly recommend Kevin as well!

CBD Oil- I definitely will be adding this to future massages!

This month in addition to the wonderful massage by Jenny, she used the CBD oil. I noticed I was not as sore afterwards or even later that evening as I was sometimes in the past. Soft skin, cooling feeling and great scent were also a nice benefit with the oil. I definitely will be adding this to future massages!
