A Message from Bob
the owner of new visions books & gifts
New Visions Books and Gifts, in conjunction with Firefly Hollow Wellness Center, is happy to announce the return of the New Visions Holistic Expo in 2022! We have hosted our very popular Expo for 19 years in a row before COVID forced us to cancel the past two years. For a number of years now, Firefly Hollow has been a valued part of our Expo and when Co-owner of New Visions, Bill Trivett, passed away they took a much more active role in the creation of the Expo each year and made my life easier, as there is a lot of work to put together an Expo of this size.
I just turned 70 this year and would like to pull back from these added responsibilities. So Matt and Kara have stepped forward to take over all of the tasks involved with running things. New Visions will still have a presence at the Expo and you’ll not only receive the same great quality and service you have had in the past but also the benefit of their ingenuity as well. So any and all aspects of the Expo including questions about vendors, volunteers will be handled by Kara and Matt. I have worked with them and know their high standard for quality and trust them fully to put on a top-quality event.
The Expo will again be held at the York Expo Center also known as The York Fairgrounds on Saturday & Sunday, August 13 & 14, 2022. More information will follow and they will be connecting with those of you who have been involved with the Expo in the past.

We are excited and honored to carry the torch for the 20th New Visions Holistic Expo and we look forward to seeing, what has become, our Expo family after these past few years away. Our intention is to build upon the strong foundation Bob and Bill have already laid, and start to work in some fantastic new additions to the Expo experience.

The New Visions Holistic Expo is the culmination of the life’s work of New Visions Books & Gifts owners Bill Trivett & Bob Hall and the tradition is now being carried on by Kara Lovehart & Matt Suter owners of Firefly Hollow Holistic Wellness Center.
The New Visions Holistic Expo is a forum for people of like-minds and like hearts to come together to enjoy our lives, raise health & consciousness, and have a lot of fun while doing it! Many people attend our expo annually as vendors, exhibitors, volunteers and guests, and look forward to it year after year! It’s like “homecoming”. The expo is held at the York Expo Center in York, Pennsylvania, and is centrally located in cities such as Philadelphia, Baltimore/Washington D. C., and Pittsburgh. Quite a number of our guests come great distances and stay for the weekend to treat themselves to the wonderful goods and services that are offered here.
According to our Guests and Vendors, our 2019 expo was the best ever! We received numerous comments and emails of appreciation and gratitude from both our vendors/exhibitors and Guests. Some of the main comments that were made were…
- The highly charged, spiritual loving energy that permeated throughout the expo the whole weekend.
